Osada 12+ is a complex of comfortable apartments located by Lake Czorsztyn, next to a picturesque ethnographic open-air museum. Fully equipped, stylish, three-story apartments whose interiors are inspired by the Podhale tradition.

Pool with a view

Relax in the outdoor infinity pool with views of the mountains and Lake Czorsztyn. Seasonally, a relaxation zone with an outdoor pool operates in the Settlement, offering top-level rest.

The pool water is heated from May to mid-October.

Private SPA zone

Each apartment in the Settlement has a private Spa area, ensuring a wonderful rest after a day full of attractions on mountain trails, bike trips, or skiing adventures.

Depending on the selected type, the Spa area in the apartments includes a sauna or a sauna and Jacuzzi.

Meals delivered to the apartment

Kitchenettes in the apartments are fully equipped and allow for self-preparation of meals. There is also the possibility to order breakfast or lunch with delivery to the apartment.
