§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that:

1. We process data for the following
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. handling complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. retention of documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent upon the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending a newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of the services provided—survey request or answers to several questions regarding the quality of the services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the consent terms.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use software/IT providers under agreements defining processing rules and confidentiality. Data isn’t shared; none may process it except as agreed. If accessed by us, it’s used only to deliver services.
