§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://czorsztynprestige1.wa.profitroom.com
   and it applies from 27.05.2024.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting to complete a survey or answer a few questions regarding the quality of the services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
3. If the person gave consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until consent is withdrawn, but after this period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.) The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, asserting or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

5. Every person whose data concern has the right to access personal data, correct, delete or limit their processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Transactional data, including personal data, are transmitted directly by the user to the payment service provider.
7. Visitors to the Website can fill in a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number which is the basis for automatic contact.
8. Visitors to the Website may consent to our running advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies are authorized to process the data in any way other than that specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may be processed only for the proper provision of services.

§4.COOKIES

1. Cookies are sent to web browsers and then stored in device memory and read by the server each time there is a connection to the Website.
