§2. PERSONAL DATA Regarding implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that:

- contract performance or steps requested by the data subject before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- enquiry handling (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- handling complaints (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- retaining documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
