§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://czorsztynprestige1.wa.profitroom.com
   and is effective from 27.05.2024.

§2. PERSONAL DATA In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform you that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. considering complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving service quality – requesting survey completion or providing answers to several questions regarding service quality (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and given by clicking a checkbox containing the conditions of the given consent.

If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), data is processed until consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who and when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.) Processing duration depends on the possibility to establish, pursue or defend claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

5. Every data subject has the right to access personal data, correct, delete or restrict their processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Visitors to the Website can fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter by providing an email address and/or phone number for automatic contact.
8. Visitors to the Website may consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS We use services of programming and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies have the right to process data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessible to the company, may only be processed for the purpose of proper service provision. §4.COOKIES
