Check-in at the Villa begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. These times apply to all bookings at Czorsztyn Prestige Ville, regardless of the chosen offer. If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later, it's advisable to inquire about this directly at the reception when booking.

Yes, all apartments in Czorsztyn Prestige Ville are dog-friendly. A one-time fee for the entire stay is 200 PLN for dogs up to 10 kg and 500 PLN for dogs over 10 kg. Pets must be declared at booking, kept on a leash in common areas, and owners must clean up after them – the owner is responsible for any damage or excessive dirt.

Each Villa includes 3 parking spaces, included in the stay price. The parking is unguarded, so the property recommends parking only in designated spots and being cautious.

The villa has a garage on level 0 (day zone), next to the living room, kitchen, and dining area. This is an additional covered space available to guests, separate from the 3 outdoor parking spots assigned to the reservation.

At Villa, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Diners cards. Online booking is confirmed immediately, and payment on-site can be made using any of these methods.

Monetary voucher is a gift voucher worth from PLN 200 per stay, ideal for birthdays, anniversaries or other celebrations. To use it, book by email at biuro@czorsztynprestige.pl. The voucher is valid for one use, cannot be exchanged for cash, is valid for 180 days from purchase and must be printed independently.

The standard stay at the Villa is a minimum of two nights, but selected seasonal offers – such as Christmas in Podhale, New Year's Eve with a view of the Tatras, or Family Winter Break 2027 in Podhale – require a minimum 3-day booking. Be sure to check this when choosing a special offer.

Rates at Czorsztyn Prestige Ville start at approx. PLN 1,107–1,500 per night, depending on dates, length of stay and selected special offer (e.g. flexible rate, non-refundable offer with a 10% discount, or seasonal offers). Each villa offers air conditioning, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchenette (with coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and washing machine), Smart TV, electric fireplace, plus a terrace and garden with barbecue area. The villa accommodates up to 8 people. On the first floor (+1 level), there are four bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be joined into one large bed. One bedroom also has a freestanding bathtub and a balcony overlooking the Tatra Mountains and the lake.

Four upstairs bedrooms share two shower rooms with towels, toiletries, hairdryers and bathrobes. Only one bedroom (Master) also has its own freestanding tub by the window.

The private SPA area is located on level -1, next to the cinema room, and includes a jacuzzi and Finnish sauna – available exclusively to residents 24/7. Pool towels and bathrobes are also provided.

Yes, Villa guests may also use the public spa & wellness area at the Czorsztyn Prestige Apartments complex, which includes an indoor pool with panoramic views, a salt grotto with saline graduation tower, a gym, and bikes available in the garage. This area is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Breakfast is not included by default in the stay price (unless you choose the BB offer with breakfast included) – it can be ordered for delivery directly to the Villa. Breakfast is served on a regional board with cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, fresh bread, and vegetables. Orders can be placed during reservation or at reception during your stay, and it’s best to report food allergies in advance.

Yes, dinner boards are available for delivery to the Villa: small (for 2–4 people) at a standard price of 170 PLN and large (for 4–8 people) at 300 PLN. Orders must be placed at least 3 hours in advance, either when booking or directly at reception during your stay. It's best to confirm the price when booking.

Nearby are Czorsztyn and Niedzica Castles, the Velo Czorsztyn cycling route (about 100 m away), VITO marina (about 800 m), and the Trzy Korony trail shelter, a 25-minute drive off. The complex partners with Gorący Potok and Termy Bania thermal baths.

Yes, the scenic Velo Czorsztyn bike trail is just 100 meters from the complex, allowing you to start your ride almost immediately after leaving the Villa. You can also rent extra bikes delivered directly to the location.

The Dunajec Gorge rafting trip runs from Sromowce Wyżne to Szczawnica, covers about 15 km and takes around 2 hours. Available during rafting season, April 1–October 31.

Czorsztyn Prestige Ville is about 40 km from Zakopane. By car, the drive from Kluszkowce to Zakopane takes approximately 45–55 minutes, depending on the route and road conditions.
